Die Fotografie im Plakat 2012
The exhibition focuses on the role of photography in advertising posters. Displayed are the most important posters by Swiss designers from the 1920s to current examples. The scenography of the exhibition shows the artworks adjacent to one another: the primary display of advertising bills. Referring to the spatial premises of the exhibition space, the posters are arranged in clusters, including a multilayer group over two stories of the building.
